Our command staff oversee the daily operations of Advanced Private Security and its officers and team members. Let us show you a bit about them and their lives and duties below. 

Robert Tackett

Co-Owner and Chief of Operations

Chief Robert Tackett is a 23-year veteran of the United States Military and has worked in private security for over 5 years. He also volunteers many hours in his local community and teaches self-defense and martial arts at a local dojo. He has dedicated his life to protecting others, and this company is very glad to have him and his experience to add to our team!

Dietrich Piepho

Co-owner and Captain of Operations

Dietrich Piepho has been working in private security since 2019. However, he holds a degree in law enforcement and has been involved in law enforcement in one way or the other for the last 7 years. He has developed a wealth of knowledge very quickly from working different positions such as a security officer, police reserve, police explorer, special deputy, water patrol deputy, and mental health de-escalation and violence prevention instructor. In many of these positions, he held the position of Field Training Officer (FTO), training new recruits in the various positions. Dietrich is a great people person and always strives to meet the needs of his friends, family, clients, fellow command staff members, and the growing team here at Advanced Private Security.
